Exceptional Stay with Modern Amenities in a Great Location

Enjoyed my stay in a modern, well-designed room with comfortable bedding. The spacious lobby facilitated a pleasant atmosphere, enhanced by the on-site restaurant and café that offered excellent dining choices. A slight improvement would be the addition of a spa or lounge area for relaxation.

Internet connectivity issues need urgent fixing!!! Confusing layout of facilities could certainly be streamlined!!! Management should consider updating staff training to improve customer interactions!!!

The coffee percolator and ample storage in the Junior Suite made my stay very convenient and comfortable.

The staff here were exceptional, always ready to lend a helping hand! The room was clean and well-equipped with everything you could need. One morning I realized my cappuccino with plant milk was better than I could’ve imagined, just boosted my day!

great location but outdated decor

The location is fantastic, with easy access to numerous restaurants and cafes in Podil. The city view from my Premium Double Room was stunning and provided a charming backdrop to my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of my room. no bad odors were present, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

I had an amazing five-night stay in the Premium Double Room! The breakfast spread was fantastic with choices to please everyone, and I truly appreciated the good toiletries and bathrobe in the bathroom. However, the wait time for fried eggs was excessively long. Overall, I would definitely come back for sure!
